Reservations & Seating
• One-hour seating: each booking reserves your seats for 1 hour, starting from your booking time — not from your arrival time.
• 10-minute hold: booked seats are held for 10 minutes past the reservation time; after that the booking is automatically released.
• Party size: online bookings cover counter seats for 1–2 guests.
• Larger groups: a private VIP room (up to 6 guests) is available at our Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Plaza Arkadia counters via WhatsApp or with our staff.
• Two menus, one counter: this outlet serves both the Tsukiji Sushi and Wagyu & Rice menus from one shared counter — order freely from either.
Booking Window
• Bookings can be made up to 60 days ahead; same-day bookings need at least 1 hour's notice.
• Opening hours: Mon–Thu 11:00–15:00 / 18:00–22:00 · Fri–Sun & PH 11:00–22:00. Public holidays follow the Fri–Sun schedule.
When We're Full
• Join the walk-in queue at the counter: take a number, get a text reminder about 10 minutes before your turn, and reply to keep it — missed numbers are held for 10 minutes only.
